Central Washington Wildcats, featuring former Chelan High School basketball player Aliyah Finch, were defeated by the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos 57-51 in the NCAA Division II Tournament on Monday, March 16.
The matchup occurred at 7 p.m. in Nicholson Arena.

Men’s basketball teams from Chelan County received $148,886 during the 2024 season, up 0.8% from the previous year.
Women’s basketball teams from Chelan County received $142,339 during the 2024 season, down 1.4% from the previous year.
