The City of East Wenatchee and the Douglas County Board of Commissioners have developed an Interlocal Agreement Annexation (ILA), specific to the City’s annexation proposal, using the process outlined in RCW 35A.14.296A, created by the state legislature in 2020. Constituents are encouraged to provide written comment pertaining to the Interlocal Agreement Annexation and proposed annexation, and/or attend the meeting either in person, or via the Zoom teleconference option.
