NCW Libraries is proud to partner with Confluence Health to present a series of 6 virtual workshops covering an array of relevant and timely health related topics including depression, cancer prevention, healthy approaches to weight loss, sleep, and more.

Join us for the first event in the series on Wednesday, April 13 at 7PM to hear from Katie Mathews, PAC. Katie will provide an introduction to health living to kick off the series.
