On December 13, 2025, Schrier shared that she met with members of the Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue to discuss their ongoing work: “Today, I joined my colleagues across the Washington delegation to meet with @SnoRegionalFire to discuss their ongoing response and recovery efforts amid unprecedented flooding. Grateful for their around-the-clock work to keep our communities safe.”
Later that day, Schrier visited Sultan and met with local officials about emergency operations: “I stopped by Sultan to meet with Mayor Wiita and hear about the flood emergency response efforts that are underway. Thank you to Mayor Wiita and all the first responders.”
On December 14, 2025, Schrier provided an update on her discussions with federal agencies: “I met with @fema representatives yesterday to discuss relief efforts, flood damage updates, and to thank them for all that they’re doing to help our state recover.”
Schrier’s recent activities come as Washington faces significant flooding challenges.
