NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Leavenworth City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The CIP outlines the city’s plan for achieving the goals, objectives, and service delivery levels desired by the City Council. The purpose of the plan is to forecast and match projected revenues and major capital needs over a six-year timeframe. Interested citizens are encouraged to comment and/or attend the public hearing. Questions may be directed to the Community Development Department within City Hall, at (509) 548-5275, or dsmanager@cityofleavenworth.com.

Additionally, the Planning Commission will be reviewing Housing Action Plan recommendations for driveway standards and alley access.
