WHEREAS, Blue Grade Road, from Milepost 0.47 to Milepost 3.16, can be hazardous to drive in the winter season; and

WHEREAS, the Douglas County Engineer has concerns about the public health, welfare and safety regarding winter traffic on Blue Grade; now

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners, Douglas County, Washington, will be hold a public hearing to consider testimony for

and against the seasonal road closure of the following section of roadway: Blue Grade Road, Road #27890 at Milepost 0.47 to MP 3.16
