NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County, Washington, that a public hearing will be held in the Commissioners’ Chambers, in the Douglas County Courthouse, Waterville, Washington, at 9:00 am on December 6, 2022, to consider a petition submitted by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) pursuant to DCC 8.04.105, to grant a temporary noise variance for night work on its SR 28 East Wenatchee to Rock Island Paving project beginning June 06, 2023.
