On April 6, 2025, Schrier addressed her commitment to online child safety, emphasizing the importance of legislation like the Kids Online Safety Act. She critiqued the President’s recent decision to dismiss two FTC Commissioners known for their efforts in holding big tech accountable. Schrier remarked, “Keeping our children safe online, especially with regard to social media, is a top concern of mine and why I’ve championed legislation like the Kids Online Safety Act. The President’s decision to fire two FTC Commissioners who have held big tech accountable is irresponsible and.”

In a post dated April 7, 2025, Schrier commented on the actions of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., concerning misinformation around vaccinations. She expressed her concern by stating, “RFK Jr. is pushing out experienced health professionals who, nobly, have refused to go along with his vaccine misinformation. This is dangerous for our public health and could lead to the resurgence of vaccine-preventable diseases, and I will lay the responsibility for these.”

On April 8, 2025, Schrier shared her participation in an event for the Congressional App Challenge. As a co-chair of the initiative, she praised the young participants for their achievements, noting the importance of supporting students in technological advancement. She stated, “I was happy to speak to Congressional App Challenge winners from across the country at today’s @CongressionalAC House of Code event. I’m proud to serve as a co-chair for the Congressional App Challenge and will continue working in Congress to support our students and advance.”
