On May 12, Rep. Schrier informed constituents about the approaching deadline for federal disaster assistance following last December’s storms. She wrote: “Important Update for #WA08: Washington residents who were impacted by last December’s storms have one month to apply for FEMA assistance! The next day, May 13, she addressed rising fuel costs and legislative efforts to counteract them. On May 14, Rep.
