Rep. Kim Schrier, M.D., who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Washington’s 8th district since 2019, recently shared updates on her legislative activities and community engagement through a series of tweets.

On March 20, Rep. Schrier announced the introduction of the bipartisan Innovative FEED Act aimed at supporting the agriculture community. The act seeks to expedite “the approval process for breakthrough feed additives that our farmers, ranchers, and dairymen need to keep their animals healthy and reduce emissions.” The full tweet can be viewed here.

The following day, March 21, Rep. Schrier expressed gratitude towards participants of her town hall meeting held in Enumclaw. She thanked Mayor Molinaro for hosting the event and appreciated “getting to hear directly from my constituents and answer your questions in person.” Further details are available here.

Later on March 21, she shared a link to this week’s edition of her newsletter titled “Schrier Flyer,” which can be accessed here.
