Chelan County Public Works issued the following announcement on Feb.18,
Lots of rebar being placed at the new West Cashmere Bridge. It's green because it is epoxy coated for rust protection. We've got several weeks more of this type of work -- it takes a lot of time. Hope to pour concrete in April!
