A virtual story time presented by Wenatchee Pride & NCW Libraries
On Feb. 24, thousands of parents, educators and allies across the nation will join in solidarity with transgender students by hosting school and community readings of I Am Jazz, a children’s book by transgender teen trailblazer Jazz Jennings.
This presentation is a virtual reading of the children’s book I Am Jazz in support of transgender and non-binary youth. We'll share additional stories about gender diverse youth including Calvin, From the Stars in the Sky to the Fish in the Sea and Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope. You'll hear from both kids and adults during this fun event!
