City of Entiat issued the following announcement on Mar. 10.

The City of Entiat requests your review and comments on the following project.

We encourage you to submit your comments by Mar. 24, 2022.

Project Name: River Village Mixed Use Planned Development Binding Site Plan 21-01 and Phase 1 Preliminary Plat SD 21-02

Notice of Application: Mar. 9, 2022

Project Location:  Silico Way, Entiat, WA 98822. Tract I of Saska Hills Phase 3. Tax parcel 65273, in Section 11, Township 25N, Range 21E, W.M. in Chelan County, Washington.

Project Description: Kristi Kyle, authorized agent for Acme Homes, LLC, proposes a mixed use planned development accessed from Silico Way and Saska Way. The project proposes to develop 109 units comprised of 37 single family units, 6 duplex units, and 66 townhome units plus a community center and community amenities in three phases. Phase 4 will be reserved for future development and may be used for boat and RV storage. The project also includes associated utilities, including water, sewer, stormwater and interior roads.

Environmental Determination:  The City of Entiat has not made an environmental determination at this time. The City will make a SEPA threshold determination after review of submitted comments and other information.

Existing Environmental Information: Fish and Wildlife Habitat Survey; Transportation Impact Analysis; Geotechnical Report; SEPA Checklist; and SEPA and Wildlife Assessment from Saska Hills Phase 3.
