The NWS has issued a Flash Flood Watch Flash Flood Watch for Thursday afternoon through late Thursday night for portions of North Central Washington that include Chelan, Douglas and Okanogan counties. Watch for potential flashing flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall near recent wildfire burn scars.
