We're going to remind people of the Cascade Orchard Bridge closure on Icicle Road in Leavenworth. The bridge is closed to everyone -- vehicles, pedestrians and bicyclists -- until
Sept. 27. We are getting reports of people walking across the bridge, despite someone standing there, asking them to obey the closure. The bridge is closed because it's an active
construction site. To keep it open to one lane would delay that Sept. 27 opening. Please, stay off the bridge. The detour route is East Leavenworth Road.
