Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing short and long-term direction and measurable policy, training, coaching, and compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations including, but not limited to those required by OSHA, WISHA, and L&I. The position will also be responsible for developing operational policy to reduce unwanted outcomes. Provides structured and measurable processes and systems to identify, analyze, and learn from organizational and/or human weaknesses contributing to errors while using positive reinforcement to motivate employee discretionary effort.
