Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council is a private not-for-profit corporation primarily serving the residents of Chelan and Douglas Counties. They also serve Okanogan, Grant, Adams, and Lincoln Counties through our AmeriCorps programs. They assist individuals and families to move out of poverty into a lifestyle that promotes a safer and healthier living environment.
